I imagine what building a successful career is like. First, I think that I want to get stuck in and to bring about change, make things even better than they already are. I want to be able to realize innovations in a team without having projects dragged through layers of instances. That's why I am ready to achieve at the highest level. Achievements that quickly become visible to colleagues and customers. Achievements that generates added value. I want to prove my competence and extend it to meet ever new challenges.
