I dream of a corporate culture that continually instils its values with pride. Values that are rooted in a long tradition and yet remain current because they are lived with passion in the here and now. A culture where integrity is plausible because it is demonstrated day after day. A culture where failing successfully is tolerated, a culture where colleagues get others on board. The best strategy in the world is only half the battle if the culture is not right as well.
