Diversity
What I would like best would be to be able to draw on huge diversity. To have colleagues all over the world, in Shanghai, in Tampa, in Kiev, in Houston, in Moscow, in Berlin – that's a tempting prospect. Colleagues that work in different business units and exchange news and views, colleagues in industry, trade and services, ideally all in the one enterprise. A company where all members of staff are granted the same respect regardless of their jobs, nationality or gender. A company with employees who overcome boundaries in their heads every day. I want to be on the move and to make things happen. There are so many possible next steps. Everywhere at Zeppelin.
