Education and training

We place great importance on continued education and training for our employees, offering them the opportunity to hone their skills and talents and develop professionally.

Highly motivated and qualified people who are eager to learn and improve their skills continuously throughout their working lives are one of Zeppelin’s key success factors.

With our own and external training, through individual, targeted programs we help people to develop their personal professional skills. Many of these courses are designed and held by our own Zeppelin Academy.

There are regular feedback sessions for all staff: an opportunity to reward achievement, and also to point out development paths and potential for the future. Most of our managers are recruited from among the workforce. Our dedicated junior staff and management development programs leverage the size, diversity and internationality of the Zeppelin Group to find and coach the very best new talent.

We are also committed to offering the best possible training to young people. Our commercial and technical apprenticeships offer school-leavers an excellent start to their professional lives.
