Training

When I think of training, I know that I want to solve exciting problems right from the beginning. I want to be able to choose whether I will do an apprenticeship in an industrial or commercial field or combine work with a third-level college education. Lots of employers claim to be attractive, but what is it that really defines an attractive employer? The atmosphere for work and learning has to be right, the teams have to work well together, and managers need to be able to listen as well as to lead and to stand by their decisions. Then I, too, can sense every day what opportunities will be open to me when I have concluded my training successfully. At Zeppelin.
